Rafael Andres Carmona

Julian Carmona
Training since: 2013
Julian has been a personal trainer and fitness instruction for the last 7 years. He began his career as a kickboxing instructor and since then has graduated from AFNA (American Fitness Nutrition Academy) an accredited personal training and nutrition program, and also received a Personal Training Certification through NASM (National Academy of Sport Medicine).
Throughout his training career Julian has helped many clients in a variety of different programs from weight loss/weight gain to endurance, and western style boxing to kick boxing techniques. He has also taught group fitness classes, boot camps, and spin. He feels it is imperative to have well-rounded fitness knowledge. Julian has a strong passion for fitness with an ability go get to know his clients needs and how to help them to reach their desired goals.
Julian’s passion for fitness goes beyond the gym He has spent years coaching sports and was the Sports Coordinator for private School summer programs. Helping children with a variety of different sports including basketball, baseball, swimming and many more. Julian has also been a lead lifeguard and is currently a certified life guard with the American Red Cross.
Desiree Bonk
Training since: 2004
Desiree Bonk was born and raised in L.A. and has been part of the work out scene since the 90s.
She first became a fitness instructor in 2004 teaching cycling, where she first grew her love for group fitness and inspiring her clients to be healthy and strong.
Desiree has a passion for helping people achieve their health goals through realistic and simple exercise programs. As a working mother to 3 children, Desiree knows full well how fast the day goes and how easily every good intention to work out can go out the window. Desiree will lead you through easy-to-follow hour long classes where you will run, lift and HIIT your way to a healthier, happier you.
